I have spent the past couple days cleaning out my apartment preparing for Jackie and I’s move to St. Cloud. I came across our climbing gear which got me dreaming about this summer. I can’t wait to shake off this winter rust and get outdoors.

I wanted to photograph these climbing nuts, but wanted to do it in a unique way as well. I decided the best way would be to use some inspiration from my favorite photographer Dave Black, and light paint them to really pull the details out.

Whats Next? – Find some rocks to place these babies in between!
